The external hard drive has a maximum capacity of 2 Terabytes, or 2000 Gigabytes, with anything higher than that requiring the SnapServer, which will be configured based on your needs. Once the data has been copied, simply ship it back using a prepaid shipping label they will provide. Once this data has been loaded onto their servers, incremental backups will allow you to keep it up to date without uploading for hours or days.
